Hi TinMan

As you probably know Doom 3 has released the 1.3.1 patch for Vista and sabot_alpha7 isn't compatible with the new patch. I get a "wrong game DLL API version" error message and window; is there a fix or hack for available for this? Thanks for making the Quake 4 and Doom 3 bots!!

Getting a hold of a d3 1.3 exe.
But then again if you're using Vista I guess that's not ideal.
I'll see if I can find my d3 sabot source code somewhere.

Thanks TinMan! What I did to get the bots working in Doom 3/Windows Vista was to reinstall patch v1.3 and oddly enough the bots play as they should and I can play the game normally and even connect and play via the internet multiplayer. And even still more strange is that when checking in console I see the following:

DOOM 1.3.1302 win-x86 (WTF?)

The only issue I had after I reinstalled the v1.3 patch and SABot sabot_alpha7 was with a script (weapon_handgrenade.script) located in pak008.pk4 which (from what I discovered on the net) was installed when v1.3.1 patch was installed. Sabot_alpha7 wouldn't load until I deleated weapon_handgrenade.script from pak008.pk4 (I kept a copy of the script as a backup).
